About our project...

Art- Reatmnet ia European program in which 5 European countries ( Romania, Poland, North Macedonia and Greece ) participate in order to enhance the development of basic skills and completence of children with special needs. Through various art forms such as drama, music, dance, ballet, painting, literature ( poetry), ceramics, shadow theatre and other initiatives like sports activities and the upcycling of recycled materials we will collaborate and exchange good practices with partner schools in order for the art to be integraded in those  childrens  daily lives so that they could be given a different view of education and its goals.
   Our goal is to enhance the self- confidence , mental strenght, motor skills, leisure skills, through playing and creative expression of children  with special needs.
Our cooperation with the local communities and the institutions with help in children's socialization and also will raise the awareness of all those who are involved.
    The project will last two years and will involve many teachers dfrom these european countries who will share the activities through the workshops that will take place in mobilty, through electronic tools such as e-twinning , web site but also through presentations, video conferences  and axhibitions.
Art , as an international language, is a very important tool for the modern and inclusive education providedto the students by the school, offering them help both during their student life and in their later professional life.
Art-Reatment is an ambitious program that through its European dimensions ( erasmus, e-twinning) asprires to give a smile to every child who faces difficulties.
